- Planks -

It‘s all about The Abs, Let’s do planks. What are Planks?

Plank exercises are a popular element of isometric training, which involves contracting your muscles against stationary resistance. Isometric exercises are common for injury rehabilitation or reconditioning. Isometric exercises, such as planks, can help you get past strength-training plateaus and improve energy transference between your upper body and lower body. Plank exercises, in particular, benefit multiple elements of physical fitness and your general well-being.

Such As:

  1. Helps to strengthen your midsection
  2. Upper-body and lower-body muscles along the front of your body
  3. And Strengthen the inner core muscles that support your joints

If you suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome or struggle with wrist issues, modify the exercise to resting on your forearms rather than resting on your hands.Planks

Remember your goal is to become Fit and Fabulous. So, work with what you have and all happening right here.
