For Today, Monday and Wednesday of next week:

This week we are working the Chest & Shoulders… The goal is to help keep your bust and pectoral muscle tight and lifted, also keeping your shoulder up and back. Both Exercises Enhancing Your Posture!

Remember, your goal is become fit and fabulous, so work with what you have and it’s all happening right here!

Meal of The Day:

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Crisp lettuce takes the place of tortillas in these delicious wraps made
quick and easy with chicken breast and crunchy vegetables tossed in an
Asian-sesame dressing.

 

DH-Chicken-Lettuce-Wraps

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 12.5 ounces of chicken breast
  • 2  medium carrots, shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 4  green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat Asian-style sesame salad dressing
  • 6  large Bibb or iceberg lettuce leaves

Directions:

  • Stir the chicken, carrots, pepper, onions and dressing in a medium bowl.
  • Divide the chicken mixture among the lettuce leaves. Fold the lettuce leaves around the filling and serve immediately.

Latoya was involved in sports from an early age; she played netball and competed in athletics at a national level. She’s always had a natural desire to train, compete and maintain a high level of health and fitness.

It’s her belief that looking good relies on 3 vital components, known as the 3F. Eating the right FOOD combined with FITNESS training will give you the body you desire, which is the greatest FASHION accessory.
