Mission – Supporting our Veterans and Youth
Youth Development – One of the most important things that we can give to our youth is a good education. The goal is to infuse youth development principles into all agencies, organizations, services and programs.
Veteran Services – Together we can increase the positive outcomes for veterans when it comes to employment, homelessness, hunger, education, medical services and reintegration.
Community Health and Wellness – Together we can improve health outcomes by promoting coordination within the health care system, enhancing access to prevention, medical care and support services, and by fostering public participation in the design and implementation of programs.
Looking forward to seeing you,
