ONLY RESIDENTS OF MARYLAND, VIRGINIA AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (THE “TERRITORY”), 18 AND OLDER ON THE DATE OF ENTRY, AND WHO MEET THE ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW, ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.

To enter, you must log on to the WHUR-FM radio website from within the Territory. Entries will be accepted beginning on or about December 2, 2009 and ending on or about December 18, 2009. The maximum number of web entries per person is one (1). The maximum number of winners per person is one (1). There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner. Listeners of radio station WHUR-FM (“Promoter”) are invited to enter a sweepstakes to win a Give a Day-Get a Disney Day Vacation and to register online for the chance to win the Grand Prize of a (1) Celebration Vacation for four (4) person for four (4) nights and five (5) days at Disney Parks Resorts – Orlando, Florida. The sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) Grand Prize is provided in part by Disney Destinations P.O. Box 10000 Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0210.

(a) The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are (i) residents of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, (ii) 18 years of age or older on the date of entry, as shown on a valid driver’s license or other means of identification with photo issued by a government agency, public or private school indicating the individual’s residential address, and (iii) have Internet access as of December 2, 2009.
(b) To be valid, entries must contain the entrant’s name, address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. Entries without this information will be considered invalid. Promoter will be the sole judge of which entries are valid entries, and Promoter’s decision and selection will be final. Incomplete entries and entries with information reasonably determined by Promoter (in its sole discretion) to contain false information, will not be valid. Each entrant is responsible for providing accurate information as to his/her residential mailing address and how he/she may be contacted via e-mail.
(c) Employees of the WHUR-FM, Howard University, Prime Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and service agencies, and participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
(d) Only one entry per person/email address is permitted. If multiple entries are received from the same person/ email address, only the first entry will be considered.
(e) The following criteria must be satisfied by any entrant: (1) entrant must have been actively involved in volunteering within the past twelve (12) months; (2) entrant must give of his/her time as volunteer hours; and (3) entrant must volunteer with his/her family.

Odds of Winning: There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner and (8) Secondary Prize Winners. All Prize Winners will be determined by random drawing from among valid entries received from eligible participants. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of valid entries received from eligible participants.

The Prize Winner Selection: Between December 2, and December 18, 2009, Promoter will determine which entries are valid entries and will randomly select one (1) winner from the pool of the valid entries. Winners are scheduled to be announced on-air by Tony Richards during the Steve Harvey Morning Show on December 21, 2009. The winners will also be notified by E-mail and/or by telephone. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within seven (7) business days of attempted notification, or if any Prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a Prize, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

(e) any damage to an entrant's computer system that is occasioned by accessing the websites identified in these Official Rules or by participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; or
(d) any hotel or air accommodation (or hotel or air-related amenity) that is cancelled, postponed, delayed, diverted, or terminated due to fire; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; bad weather, act of God or public enemy; equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; war (declared or undeclared); terrorist threat or activity; or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation; order of any court or jurisdiction; or other cause not reasonably within such Sponsor Entity's control, and in the event of any such occurrence, the Prize winners will not be entitled to any substitute prize(s) or monetary entitlement.
Sponsor Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, as to such Prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Miscellaneous: (a) The Promoter, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. The Promoter further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort beyond the reasonable control of The Promoter which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. The Promoter reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes.
(b) Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the Prize and to the use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void except in the Territory, and void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Prizes shall be awarded only to the individuals identified as Prize winners and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other merchandise, except that Prime Sponsor, in its discretion, may substitute or exchange a prize of equal or greater value for a Prize. All entries become the property of Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.
(c) Winners are required to sign a liability/publicity release within 14 days after notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify the Prize winner's consent that Prime Sponsor and Promoter may use the Prize winner's name, likeness, image, voice, photographs and written statements about the Sweepstakes, the Prize and about Promoter for promotional purposes in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without payment or consideration. Travel companions may also be required to sign a liability/publicity release.
(d) Prize winners and their travel companions are required to have or obtain a valid identification in preparation for travel.
(e) By participating, entrants agree: (i) to the terms of the Official Sweepstakes Rules and to the decisions of Prime Sponsor and Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (ii) to release, discharge and hold harmless all Prime Sponsor Entities from all liability, claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with, their participation in this Sweepstakes and the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize; and (iii) that by accepting and using the Prize, their name and/or likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation or liability.
(f) Any and all disputes relating to this Sweepstakes and/or any Prize shall be governed by the internal laws of the District of Columbia (without resort to its rules regarding conflicts of law). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for resolution of all such disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.
(g) The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Description of the Prizes: Subject to these Official Rules.
One (1) vacation package for four (4) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Premises to be awarded by Promoter to the Grand Prize Winner, which vacation package shall consist of the following:

- Four (4) round trip coach air fares between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, air -fare will not be provided to the winner.
- Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Premises; provided, however, if winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, transfers will not be provided to the winner.
- Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Premises selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
- Four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets.
- A Disney Gift Card with a value of Two Hundred Dollars ($200).

Items that are not included as part of the winning vacation package are:
- Meals
- Hotel room service
- Laundry service
- Alcoholic beverages
- Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
- Local and long distance telephone calls
- Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
- Transportation between winner’s home and the departure airport
- All other charges and items not otherwise described above
The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $4,628.

Rules for the Package include, but are not limited to: - Each Package must be booked at least 45 days prior to intended travel dates and must be taken between February 8, 2010 and February 12, 2010 or it will be forfeited.
- Each Package is for the winning person and up to three (3) persons of the winner’s choosing. Winners and their travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary.
- Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The parent or legal guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Packages. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to.
- The Packages may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash value. The elements of the Packages may not be substituted and the Packages are non-commissionable.
- Grand Prize Winner and companions are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation and identification to travel.
- Grand Prize Winner is required to sign travel release forms and required tax forms (1099)
- Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.

SECONDARY PRIZE PACKAGES valued at approximately $35 is awarded to eight (8) secondary prize winners chosen randomly by Promoter.
