Bill Cosby Back In Court For Pre-Trial Meeting

Bill Cosby is back in a Pennsylvania courtroom today, for a pre-trial conference on charges he drugged and molested a woman in his home in 2004. Lawyers for the embattled comedian argue a jury should never hear the recording of a phone call between Cosby and the mother of his accuser. They say Cosby never gave consent to being recorded, violating Pennsylvania law. Prosecutors say the recording is legal and admissible as it was made in Canada, where both parties don’t need to consent.
