Deadly Shooting At Florida Airport

A gunman is in custody after shooting as many as nine people, killing five at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport in Florida. NBC News is reporting Broward County officials have not released a possible motive or any more details. Airport officials say the shooting took place in Terminal 2 Baggage Claim. TV images show hundreds of passengers being evacuated to a nearby tarmac.

Woman With Missing Man’s Credit Card Points To Boyfriend

A 25-year-old woman who was found in possession of a missing Bethesda man’s credit card is pointing the blame to her boyfriend. Montgomery County Police say Chernor Sheriff of Upper Marlboro told them that her boyfriend gave her John Donohoe’s credit card. Police have not filed charges against 37-year-old Victor Sesay, but they have arrested Sheriff with four counts of credit card fraud. Sheriff was spotted on surveillance using the card on December 22nd to buy 700-dollars worth of items. The search continues for Donohoe, who was last seen on December 13th.

More Snow Expected This Weekend In Maryland

More snow is expected in parts of Maryland. The National Weather Service says a coastal storm could dump as much as a half-foot of new snow across Southern Maryland and the lower Eastern Shore heading into the weekend. Those areas are under a winter storm warning and a winter weather advisory beginning late tonight. A trace to an inch of accumulation is expected across the DC area.
