Trump Cites “Mess” And “Incredible Progress”

President Trump says that he “inherited a mess at home and abroad.” He vowed to “take care of it all.” In an impromptu White House news conference, Trump said “incredible progress” has been made in his first four weeks in office. He said the stock market has hit record numbers. The President accused the news media of not reporting the truth. He said the “level of dishonesty is out of control.”

Another Case Of Bed Bugs At DC Elementary School

DC public school officials are notifying parents about another case of bed bugs at one elementary school. School officials now confirm there were three incidents of bed bugs found on students at the Miner Elementary School in Northeast. It follows another recent bed bug outbreak at Savoy Elementary School in Southeast. Officials say the incidents at Miner are not believed to be widespread.

House GOP To Introduce Bill To Repeal, Replace Obamacare After President’s Day

House Speaker Paul Ryan says Republicans will introduce legislation to repeal and replace Obamacare after the President’s Day recess. Ryan told a briefing that the healthcare law is collapsing. He argued that Obamacare is leaving families with fewer-and-fewer choices. Democrats have long-accused Republicans of plotting to unravel Obamacare with no legitimate plan to replace it.
