Jeff Brown Bio

    Born in Baltimore, raised in Annapolis and New York, Jeff Brown is the second eldest of five children. From early childhood Jeff loved music, singing for his family and the girls in elementary school. An accomplished trumpeter, guitarist and drummer, Jeff also excelled in sports. He earned a basketball scholarship to college where he majored in mass communication – radio & TV. Which led to an internship at a small AM radio station in Annapolis. Jeff’s talents took over from there. Fast forward to today where Jeff Brown as been the host of the original Quiet Storm at WHUR for the past six years.
