    After a long and accomplished broadcast television career, WHUR news reporter Molette Green has returned to WHUR News where she started as a college intern in 1991. Currently she anchors the news during The Steve Harvey Morning Show and The Daily Drum. Upon graduating from Howard Magna **** Laude, Molette spent the next several years on camera as a reporter and an anchor. The Washington native enjoys covering events in her hometown. She’s collected several awards and accolades including the 2003 Salute to Professional African American Women and the 2001 Washington’s Finest Single Professional. Molette resides in Maryland with her husband Rickey and two daughters.
