Married to More Than One Wife!...Could it Work?

Tuesday, March 2, 2010, 07:46 AM EST [General]
    Posted By: Bobby Gailes

In some countries, a man is allowed to have more than one wife at any given time, however he must be able to financially support them.  The wifes all share with the household responsibilities,  raising each others children contributing what they can financially and working together to provide a loving and stable family unit.

So, that said, here's the question; Would you support a law that would allow a man to have more than one wife, and if so would you be willing to be one of "the other wives?"

Also, do you think this would benefit this type of family unit or would be destructive to the institution of marriage as we know it?

    Overweight Kids, who is responsible?

Wednesday, February 24, 2010, 07:08 AM EST [General]

The newest crisis in this country is childhood obesity, which is one of the big reasons for the rise in diabetes among children.  The debate has turned to who is responsible for keeping our kids healthy, the schoold system or the parents? and who's to blame.   Some have place the  blame on fastfood companies, some blame the schools for their lack of manadatory physical education classe and for allowing vending machines filled with unhealthy snacks.  Then, there are the parents who allow their kids to sit around the house all day playing video games.

The question: Who is responsible for our kids health and fitness? The schools, the parents? or both?

    Married with Friends

Let's keep it real, all of of us,  have had friends of the opposite sex before we hooked up with our spouses, signifigant others, etc,.  Some were old sweethearts and others were just really close friends (this relationship could have gone either way).  So, here's the question, once you're married, can you still have friendships with those of the opposite sex or do you have to give them up? and would you give them up?

Do you really know this person?

Wednesday, February 17, 2010, 07:40 AM EST [General]

I had no idea he was like that!  She is a different person now.....what happened?  He's not the man I knew when we first met....he's changed.  This women is crazy!! This man has lost his mind!!!

Just a few statements from people who found out that they really didn't know the person they got involved with.  Whether you've know a person for 6 months or 6 years, you are likely to find out things about a person you didn't know when you firstr met.  This is not to say that a person can't change over time.

So, here's the question, how long do you think it takes to really get know a person you're involved with.....6 months, a year, 3 years, never?

    Good Morning Crew,
If your woman/man doesnt like you touching them then just maybe they are not the person for you. There are plenty of men and women out here that love that kind of attention. If you're in a relationship with this kind of person, just leave and find someone who does.....There's too many fish out here in this short life we have.

This is BEN, the author of the new, hot and hilarious urban novel entitled Up The Way. Excerpts and order information can be viewed at the following websites: www.myspace.com/authorben, www.dcbookdiva.com, www.devynslist.com and for the grown folks log onto www.envyred.com I'm honored to be on here this morning to personally thank Steve Harvey and the entire morning show for helping me weather the storm. I was in a bad situation for the past three years and just came home on 9/25/09. The Steve Harvey Morning Show use to air on the radio in Connecticut back in 2006 - 2007 up until the radio station went out of business. However, I was in my cell tuned in every morning as if this was my church. Mr.Harvey would say the deepest things at the end, while putting a smile on my face throughout the show. He became my way out of no way. I took on the personal challenge of getting myself together and I know I've been changed. At 43 years of age, I am now a grown man thanks to the radio. I began writing one book after another and received a book deal while still behind bars. Jesus told his disciples "Thank you for visiting me when I was in prison". They responded, "Why did you thank us, and you haven't been to prison?" And Jesus said,"For the least you've done for my brethren, you've done unto me!" Thank you Steve Harvey and one day I look forward to shaking your hand...
