Today marks the National Holiday honoring the life and legacy of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Later this morning (Monday, January 16th @ 10am), WHUR will team up once again with First Baptist Church of Glenarden to host a day of dialogue and music. WHUR and First Baptist Church of Glenarden are teaming up again this year to host a “Day of Dialogue and Music” for Dr. King Day. The town hall discussion is Monday, January 16th from 10am to 12:30pm at First Baptist Church of Glenarden @ 600 Watkins Park Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The event is sponsored in part by Fannie Mae and First Baptist Church of Glenarden. It will be streamed live on whur.com.
