Here is the recipe for:
Baked Fish Dijon – served alongside a bed of Julienne Vegetables. This will take you about 15 min to prep and 12 min to cook. You will need 1 1/2 pounds firm white fish fillets, Juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbs. Dijon mustard, 1 tbs. olive oil, 1 tbs. Dill Weed, 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, Ground, 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder, 1 carrot, peeled and shredded, 3 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese.
