Traci Latrelle got her start in radio 22 years ago as a freshman at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina. A nearby station noticed her on-air talents and her career took off from there. Traci has worked in Raleigh, Miami, New Orleans and most recently here in DC. Four years ago she left a job with XM Satellite Radio to join us at WHUR and currently is the station’s music director. Although she still gets behind the microphone occasionally on a fill in basis. Traci is a leap year baby, born in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
