This weekend’s edition of the Weekend Review, we will be presenting a special musical tribute to one of the legends of R&B, the late Teena Marie, affectionately known as the Blue-Eyed Queen of Soul. 
On Tuesday, March 5th, Teena Marie would have celebrated her 57th birthday, so in recognition of her contribution and accomplishments, The Weekend Review will present a look at her life through her music. You will be treated to a special 2-hour journey of Teena’s career, weaving through her hits like, Behind the Groove, Square Biz, Casanova Brown and more. 
So I invite you to tune in and check out our special about the woman known to many as Lady T, the late, great Teena Marie. 
You can check out the Weekend Review’s special tribute to Teena Marie this Saturday evening on Sirius X/M Channel 141 from 6pm to 8pm. We will rebroadcast the show Sunday morning on WHUR – 96.3 from 12midnight to 2am
